Especially if you know you’re going to be shown how to skilfully transform those memories into a piece of art on a fresh white canvas! \nI invite you to join me in partnership with Soulhub\, and together we will create a memorable weekend of painting\, friendship and soulfulness. \n\n\nLearn the basics of how to paint with water-mixable oil paints\nSet in the beautiful surroundings of my Cambridge Studio\nBe grounded\, inspired and revived by a Soulwalk led by Carmen & Andrew\n\nSOULFUL MEADOWS RETREAT with Soulhub & Sue Rapley \nThis is an immersive weekend for just 8 guests\, to explore what is involved in painting\, and in particular with oils. Surrounded and inspired by Sue’s art\, the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside\, and a mindfully open-hearted Soulwalk in nature to ground and evoke creative expression. Here’s the basic outline for your weekend with us. \nSATURDAY 17th May \n9.45am  Meet at Sue’s Studio for intro and painting prep. \n11.30am  Inspirational Soulwalk in local meadows (Led by Carmen & Andrew) \n1.15 – 2.15pm  Break for local artisan lunch \n2.15 – 4.30pm  Bring the outside indoors (with Sue Rapley) \n5.00pm  Reflections \n7/7.30pm  Meet for dinner at local pub/restaurant \nSUNDAY 18th May \n9.45am  Meet back at Studio. Take the morning to build on your painting and knowledge from Saturday \n1.00pm  Wrap up and say goodbye’s \nWe trust that everyone will leave after this precious retreat inspired\, and with a greater knowledge of what it means to be creative\, and how you can express yourself with paint\, passion and presence. \nWhat will you take away? \n\nHands on guidance from Sue\, sharing with you tips\, tricks and creative prompts for possibly your first experience of painting.\nThe opportunity to explore using water mixable oil paints to create beautiful pieces of art. All painting materials are provided.\nThese nurturing sessions will provide you with the space to learn and experiment; to build confidence and continue your own artistic journey at home.\nSome simple mindful practices and the enrichment of a Soulwalk.\n\nThis retreat is the ideal opportunity to try something NEW\, but without the need to create perfectly. Allow yourself to be open\, and let your curiosity guide you. \nWhen we give ourselves the space to breathe\, to explore\, to play\, it will bring much beauty and energy into the other areas of our lives.
